• Voltage test with a multimeter: 
  • 12.6 volts or higher = Fully charged when the engine is off. 
  • 13.7–14.7 volts = Good charging range while running. 
  • Below 12.4 volts? Your battery’s on its last leg. 

Check the Battery’s Age:
