Setting up my visit via online messaging was fast and easy, with great communication including a confirmation the day prior. ​When I arrived, John made me feel comfortable right away. I was torn between a white Crosstrek and a white Forester, though only red and gray Foresters appeared to be on the lot. After looking at the Crosstrek, I knew my heart was set on the Forester. Not only did they work up fair, transparent numbers, but he surprised me with the news that that morning's delivery truck brought in a white Forester! ​With a busy schedule, I had to pause the process to pick up my son and make sure the finances worked on my end. They respected my time, and the sales manager gave me an unbeatable deal if I returned that day. When I came back later, everything was ready for delivery. Every single person I interacted with—including the staff who kept conversation fun while I waited for finance and the team who helped me retrieve the magnet off my trade-in—treated me with genuine kindness. Thank you for such an easy, welcoming experience!

i see your mechanics keep their work area very clean. impressive. subaru should air condition it. i think it would go a long way to making service even better.
