I always go to Richard Lucas’ dealership, rather than any other Subaru dealership. They are always very helpful and courteous. I have even met two of the Lucas owners actually working there! That is a rare thing. That is why I got two Legacies from them. There are other Subaru dealers near me, but I’d rather go.to them. Lucas is truly a family owned business.

Went in to talk pricing on a new Outback and didn’t plan on leaving with one. Rey and the staff were so great and worked with us so my wife and I walked out with a new car. Couldn’t recommend Rey or Richard Lucas enough. They genuinely seem like they care about their customers unlike other dealers.

This is my third time leasing a car from Richard Lucas Subaru, and working with Nick on a deal, and the experience with everyone at the dealership was as friendly and hassle-free as ever. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision, and I felt like I was listened to when expressing my need-to-haves and nice-to-haves. Nick is a true gem of a person, who was up front and honest through the entire sales process, and even remembered a side chat we had three years ago about an aspirational watch I had hoped to buy. I also worked with Greg on the numbers, Vinny on the paperwork, and Bill on the delivery, and all of them exceed anything I could have expected from folks "on the other side of the table". They were more than fair when evaluating my trade, and were easy to work with when I threw in a couple of 11th hour curveballs before closing the sale. I have Subaru dealerships much closer to where I live nowadays, but I continue to come back because of the way I'm treated here.

I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback Premium, and the entire experience was seamless. If I had to compare it to all my previous new vehicle purchases, this one would rank near the top. Rey was fantastic throughout the process. I completed most of the purchase online and spent less than an hour at the dealership for all the signatures and formalities. I was in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. Now, I’m hoping the car lives up to expectations, and if it does, I’ll consider this the ideal new vehicle shopping experience.

I love Richard Lucas bought Subaru Outback from here Cameron was outstanding salesman respected us and were happy to buy our Subaru recently I brought my friend to my favorite Richard Lucas and encountered Bill Powell he was nasty insulted us when asked his name he said Richard Lucas Jr. fortunately I knew Richard Lucas Jr. ! Because I was just accompanied my friend he told me to stay out not talking to me I was shocked to hear! Anyway I love the place for service Jason is nice so is Ryan Greg helped us! I wasn’t going to put the review but Bill is trying to ruin the image of the place so if you have a bad experience with him contact Cameron he is nice Don’t let Bill ruin the image of the place!

They provided me with exactly what I asked for. They were the best price I found. I went down and in under two hours got everything done and drove home with my new Crosstrek. I have had such negative experiences at other car dealers that I came into Richard Lucas Subaru expecting to walk out without a car. Pete Palumbo was my salesperson and he was fantastic! He wasn't pushy, he was informative, he moved us along in a timely manner and I was thrilled with the way we were treated. We then met with Greg Fahy, General Manager, who was also a pleasure to deal with. I was pleased with the price of the car and the way that Mr. Fahy treated us. We then moved on to Michael Brack, Finance Manager, who once again was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with me, explained everything and answered any question that I had. He was informative and not at all pushy either. I would recommend Richard Lucas Subaru and the gentlemen that I worked with to anyone. I went from having terrible experiences at car dealerships to having a really great experience at a car dealership!
